Fellow acts as a liaison between local government staff and outside program staff implementing an energy project or program such as California Youth Energy Services or Grid Alternatives.

This may include:

• Directing and supporting outreach efforts and rollout in the community
• Identifying target neighborhoods for implementation
• Developing resources and supporting educational events to share information about the program with community members and demonstrate the agency’s support for the program

This is often a supplement to the Fellow’s primary service project.
