You have been asked to complete this survey because you are listed as a local beneficiary for a 2017‑18 CivicSpark Water Project.
As a Governor’s Initiative AmeriCorps program, CivicSpark Water has clear performance measures and goals for project beneficiaries. This post-assessment is a follow-up to the survey you completed at the start of your Civicspark Water Fellow's service year.
Comparing your pre- and post-project results help us evaluate the program's success in achieving our programmatic goals as well as your agency or department goals.
In advance of completing this assessment, you should have received a copy of the Fellows' gap assessment goals and volunteer engagement strategy defined at the outset of the project for reference. If for some reason you did not receive this document, please contact Meredith Thompson at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to completing this survey.
Please answer all questions honestly, and provide as much detail as possible.
