Evan was born and raised in Stockton, California and graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2019 with a degree in History and a minor in Labor Studies. His interest in environmental justice began with an internship at Restore the Delta where he learned about the significance of protecting the SF Bay-Delta Estuary. As a Climate Action Corps Fellow, he is excited to work with Little Manila Rising on youth advocacy, community engagement, and education in South Stockton around air quality and and its effects on public health. In his free time, Evan enjoys playing instruments and classic Mario games.
