Carrie is from Alameda, California and received her undergraduate degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Environmental Management and Protection and minored in City and Regional Planning and Geographic Information Systems. Carrie is returning to serve a second year as a CivicSpark Climate Fellow with the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) and the Association of Bay Area Governments, having previously served with the County of Ventura Planning Division on the 2040 General Plan Update and Program EIR.
