Maggie O’Shea is a recent graduate of Bates College in Lewiston, Maine. She studied Environmental Studies with a focus on Environmental Justice and Climate Adaptation. These studies allowed her to cultivate an understanding of justice in the context of climate change and resilience and had the opportunity to conduct independent research within this topic area. She is eager and excited to continue learning through her experience with CivicSpark and to help implement Valley Water’s envisioned climate plan.
