By supporting the Southern California Association of Governments’ (SCAG) Greenprint, Green Region Initiative, and Climate Adaptation Framework projects, Amanda has deepened her understanding of local government’s opportunity to create sustainable and equitable communities. She is excited to promote the greening of Southern California as a climate adaptation strategy during her second year of service with SCAG. Amanda holds a BS in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
