I just graduated from Santa Clara University with a double major in Economics and Environmental Studies. I am from Seattle, Washington and was raised in Dubai and London. I grew up rowing, hiking and biking and was on the rowing team at Santa Clara as well as a Global Fellow where I interned in Bolivia. While living in California, I became very conscious of how water availability and safety is unequally distributed. I am keen for the opportunity to understand how local government can shape water policy on a micro level and use those skills to help build a more sustainable water system in the future.
