Originally from Mumbai, India, Meet holds an MA in Social Work Graduate with a specialization in Livelihoods and Social Entrepreneurship. He discovered his passion to work with marginalized communities who were vulnerable to climate and environmental change, and has an passion to make rural communities resilient. Meet is joining CivicSpark to complete an additional AmeriCorps service term focused on communities that are affected by climate change. He hopes to get a better understanding of the social issues like water, affecting rural communities and working towards a sustainable and cleaner environment in which every community wants to live.
