Born and raised in Texas, Colin graduated from Boston College with a degree in Political Science. During his time in college, Colin became involved with the Corcoran Center for Real Estate and Urban Action, an on-campus department that connects students with local community development projects. He developed a passion for affordable housing and land use planning that led him to pursue these issues further through CivicSpark. As a Fellow, Colin hopes to strengthen his skills in policy research, community engagement, and GIS analysis, while contributing to affordable housing projects and learning about the development process in a new region.
