Fellow Bio:
Adam Murphy is a Bay Area native who grew up in Hayward, CA. He is a recent graduate from Cal State University East Bay where he majored in Kinesiology (emphasis in Exercise, Nutrition, and Wellness) and minored in Environmental Studies. At CSUEB he developed a love and desire to fight for environmental justice while working as a Sustainability Ambassador. He chose to join CivicSpark because it provides a unique opportunity to develop career skills and fight for environmental justice issues. CivicSpark will hopefully provide him with the necessary tools to become successful in his future career as an environmental advocate.
