Fellow Bio:
Frank Lyles has joined Mt Shasta’s Planning Department on a one-year CivicSpark Fellowship to assist with the city’s Water Resource Element project. He graduated in 2017 from Pomona College in Claremont, CA with a degree in Environmental Analysis. Although originally from Nashville, TN, Frank is a westerner at heart, with a keen interest in California water policy, climate change adaptation, and urban planning. He is excited to put all those passions to good use this year in Mt Shasta. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and painting.
