Angeline Foshay is a California Central Coast native who grew up on a sustainable cattle and sheep ranch, spending summers working in the vineyards of Paso Robles and cultivating an interest in environmental advocacy. Angeline graduated Magna Cum Laude from UC Santa Barbara with a dual degree in Environmental Science and Global Studies, pursuing her passion for sustainable development further. After graduating, she ran the communications for a nonprofit in Santa Barbara dedicated to corporate social responsibility and clean energy advocacy. She is excited to bring her renewable energy policy knowledge and her enthusiasm for all things sustainable to the City of Goleta and the CivicSpark program.
