Originally from the Chicago area, Meredith Anderson recently graduated from Santa Clara University with a BS in Environmental Science and a minor in Political Science. She worked as an apprentice at Santa Clara University’s organic farm and hopes to pursue a career addressing the intersection between food systems and climate change. She is excited to be a CivicSpark Climate Fellow with the Sierra Nevada Alliance to broaden her knowledge of local climate change mitigation methods. In her spare time, she loves gardening, cooking, and backpacking.
