Fellow Bio:
Chelsea Marcell is from New York and graduated from Northeastern University with a B.A. in Environmental Studies, a dual concentration in Urban Development and Coastal Geology, along with a minor in Sustainable Business Practices in 2015. She has since worked on innovative water solutions, community development, environmental legislation, recycling consulting, and green infrastructure projects. She is eager to apply her interdisciplinary background to support the City of Fremont’s sustainability and climate efforts. She’s thrilled to join and learn from the CivicSpark cohort.
