Linda Grand received her MS in Agriculture & Resource Economics from the University of Delaware. Her past research focused on economic challenges faced by drinking water utilities due to increased non-point source pollution, especially with significant and increasing climate change impacts. She is very passionate about the environment and is excited to gain local sustainability policy experience as a CivicSpark Fellow working on sea level rise adaptation planning. After the Fellowship, she hopes to work on developing and implementing evidence-based policies that combat climate change and help communities adapt to its impacts.
