Samantha Rosenbaum is a CivicSpark Climate Fellow at the City of Santa Monica’s Office of Sustainability and the Environment. Samantha graduated from University of California, Berkeley in May 2015 with a major in Society and Environment and a minor in Public Policy. Previously, Samantha was a Research Assistant for the Carbon Neutral Cities Alliance (CNCA). Samantha has also done environmental research and worked for elected representatives, such as City of Berkeley’s Mayor Tom Bates. Samantha is particularly interested in cities’ energy plans and goals. Samantha lives in Los Angeles, CA.
