Angela Kim

Staff Bio

Angela is the SDG Program and Data Manager at the Mayor’s Office of International Affairs in the City of Los Angeles, where she works on localizing the UN Sustainable Development Goals in L.A. Before coming into this role, Angela was a statistics intern at UN Environment in Nairobi and the CivicSpark Climate fellow at the County of Ventura (‘17-’18). Angela has a BS in Biochemistry and a BA in Political Science from UCLA and a Master of Environmental Science from the University of Toronto. In her free time, you can find her sitting at the park feeling the grass under her feet or sharing and building out crazy ideas for the world with others.

Current fellows can ask Angela about: anything they want to talk about but her professional experience lies in the fields of international city diplomacy, sustainable development goals, data application, and climate change adaptation.
