Fellow Bio:
Matthew Jackson earned an associated degree from Fresno City College and transferred to Sonoma State University where he earned a B.A. in Geography with emphasis on environmental data analysis. Matthew has a strong interest in California water policy, hydrology and watershed management. Excited for the opportunity to be a Civic Spark Fellow, Matthew hopes to gain experience in stakeholder engagement and further develop his skills in water resource management and GIS.
