Luis Silva grew up in Las Vegas where he spent most of his time away from hotels and casinos. He earned his degree in mechanical engineer from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. His most recent experience was with the National Park Service where he researched renewable energy options for the park. He is passionate about coffee and literature; sometimes, at the same time. Luis is joining CivicSpark because he believes that this program will lead him to continue helping people on both the micro and macro level.
