Fellow Bio:
Ryanna Fossum hails from the vast expanse of concrete we know as Los Angeles but has spent the last four years in rural Ohio, attending Oberlin College. There, she double-majored in Environmental Studies and Geology with a focus on urban sustainability and water management. Though she’s had many great research opportunities within the realm of science, she is excited to return to LA and begin more work on natural resource preservation, this time through environmental justice. She very much looks forward to expanding her experience with challenging water conservation and public policy issues in California. Meanwhile, you can find her eating snacks and finding cool rocks.
